If you fail to properly complete the automated menu prompts three times you are in position to speak with Comcast’s live representative. First of all you are required to dial (800) 266-2278. If your phone number is recognized by the system and you are asked if it is correct, you will push “1.”
When you are offered the choice of automated menu option, push “#”. The response will be “sorry, we don’t understand.” You need to repeat this action two times when you are given the menu option.
You need to decide that which department you want to contact. You need to push 1,2 and 3 for technical support, billing and sales respectively.
The system may take couple of minutes to get you a live rep, so you need to be patient.
