I want to express appreciation for your employee at Lenscrafters at Valley River Center in Eugene, Oregon. Sheri Schmidt is the manager and the only employee I will deal with in the future.

I buy glasses approximately every 5-6 years. My glasses are expensive and usually average $700 in total. When I recently went to Lenscrafters (the only optical I trust) I unfortunately was fitted with glasses that were eventually determined to be too small for my face. I struggled a few months thinking I just needed to adjust to the different frames to no avail. I returned to Lenscrafters and Sheri assisted me in getting the frames that I needed. I received no hassle about not having a warranty, no hassle about returning the original frames, and received my new glasses within 2 weeks. Sheri was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and a truly shining representative of your company.
