I just check my credit card acct and discover that Lumosity has taken 79.00 dollars out of it without my PERMISSION. I never receive a email stating that my membership was about to renew. I am sure I did not sign up for auto renewal. If you call their phone number do not expect to talk to a real person, all you will get is voice mail. To take money from a customer account without his or hers permission to totality unprofessional, and show create lack of character and integrity by this company. Buyer of this company beware!!

I called your customer service phone, and the message said it would take up to three days to call me back. My request is rather urgent and needs to be taken care of today, before you take out the $79.00 from my account. I have not received any games for many months, and just assumed that it was cancelled. So, I would like you to please cancel my membership, effective immediately, at 9:12 am on April 18. I have been trying to get in touch with you and my bank all morning, and it is so difficult to get in touch with a real, live person I am very frustrated. I do not want this service, and would appreciate your charging back the money you have taken out today to my account. I am a senior citizen, living only on a small social security check each month, so I would be grateful. Thank you. Sherry Simmons

The numbers you have posted to call you as you are well aware do not get anyone to a live person to speak with.

I do not have an account with you I only clicked on the link and thought about joining but decided not to. Why join a company that has telephone numbers that basically do not get anyone anywhere !
