This is my third Keuric. Beautiful red model 2.0 matches my kitchen. Very happy with it until last week when the oops message appeared. It didn't matter that I was using Keuric pods, sometimes I had to move them several times which of course is irritating and gives you coffee grounds in your coffee. Any suggestions or fixes will be appreciated. Can't do this every morning. Thank you

Hi I received a 2.0 version for Christmas, two days ago the screen went black and now can not see the screen to brew coffee. I looked for the receipt and not able to find it just very disappointed because it is only a few months old.

I LOVE MY COFFE MAKER . I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET FREE PODS, BUT NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I REGISTERED ON THE PHONE .
I try to order but it never goes thru so I gave up / This is my last try.

I have recently received a replacement coffee maker. I was informed that I would receive an email with instructions about sending the cup holder from the old one. Such instructions have not been received.
