Yesterday i went to Best Buy and purchased a new HP desktop computer for $999.99 and am very happy. It has an I-5 processor, 12Gb of Ram, 2Tb hard drive, Bang & Olufson sound card and an Nvidia 960 video card
I currently own a Dell XPS studio desktop and have always had Dell computers. I tried for three days to purchase a new Dell XPS desktop for my twin grandsons but i kept getting shunted to the US website and as such saw the promotions you are offering in the US. Your "Black Friday" sales in Canada are a joke. You do not have a promotion that is worth considering. Your support staff go from helpful to rude to threatening. They sent two estimates on computers but they would not open My neighbour is also looking for a new computer and can you guess what brand he won't be buying. Perhaps you should re-examine your policy of pricing or you will continue to lose previous and potential new customers
