I have found greyhound's customer service abominable! My partner and I purchased 2 tickets but I got so sick that I could not travel on December 27th. The two tickets cost $212.00-- In Canada in British Columbia we are experiencing lots of snow and ice in Vancouver-- and the trip to Kelowna there are avalanches so there is single line traffic. This is the context.

Greyhound has no idea how to service customers here. They say I have to go to the station in Vancouver to make the changes-- well Vancouver is a big city, and now the roads are icy and snowy. The last time we had snow in Vancouver was 2008- yes climate change is affecting us lots.-- and WHY should I have to go to the station? Why can't I make a call or do it online? Well you can't make a call because the customer service is in the Philippines. They have no authority and no phone numbers to speak to a human being here in Canada.

So I have lost $212.00 and Greyhound has no clue how to offer customer service. Shame on Greyhound where rural towns depend on bus service and Greyhound is the only one-- we all get sick, climate change affects the road conditions, and Greyhound is oblivious to all of this-- they just steal our money.
