.I purchased a 5 drawer refrigerator on Aug 7, 2015 that was scheduled be delivered on Aug 24 2015 from BEST BUY. i received a call on the 23rd Aug that would be delivered 24th about 11;00am - 12;00pm . i received a call at 7;30 24th Aug that the refrigerator was not in wearhouse . i had already emptied every thing out of frig . it was rescheduled for the 9th Sept.2015 . same problem - not in wearhouse . rescheduled again for Oct.9,2015 . needless to say i have no faith in that delivery . Best Buy was not supposed to charge my card untill delivery . they charged my account on day of purhase. the whole experiance has been disappointing. i have always enjoyed working with Best Buy and a big fan of Kitchen Aid . i believe that "there is a failure to communicate." . If you need a new CEO to organize the company i would volunteer so that no body else would ever have to go through so much to purchase any thing from your company
