I often travel to the Best Western Plus at ValleyView Blvd in Roanoke Va. Since I've been Here there have been daily issues. This is the absolute last straw. I have been staying here for 2 weeks now and my room has not been serviced since day 3. I have multiple bags of trash sitting in a corner, no towels, and my bed hasn't been made. The customer service here is terrible minus the gentleman who works the late shift and the girl who usually works early morning. I have brought it to someones attention and nothing has been done. This place is a dump and I don't recommend it for anyone who is looking for a fantastic hotel for a great price.

Me and some friends stayed at the St. Louis Best Western Inn . The place was absolutely filthy!! We had 4 rooms. 3 for Friday night and 4 for Saturday. The Bathrooms were filthy dirty! They did come clean the bathrooms after we told them. The lady actually cleaned 1 bathroom and not the others. It was already 11:00 pm. We had kids with us. I asked 1was she going to do the other rooms. She said later. I said we need it done now, because we have kids that need to get a bath and get in bed. Then we found a bed bug in one of the beds. This was a horrible experience and we would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!!

My elderly mother and I stayed at the Sherman Oaks BW Plus for five days as she was having major knee surgery at USC. This hotel is so far below our normal experience with this chain. If you wanted a roll away bed they attempted to chargers us 10.00. Also there are no microwazes in the rooms but you can have one brought to your room for 5.00 a night. We are in a handi-cap room and it's nine o clock at night and there has been a loud party next door for two hours. They can keep this place! Ain't the good ol American hotel we use to stay at

My wife and I staped at the facility in Sharon Ma 9/10 and checked out 9/11. Upon leaving my wife forgot 2 types of insulin in the fridge. Later when discovered, my wife called the motel and was told the insulin was not in the room nor in the office and we would have to wait until tomorrow to see where it may be. Although our fault for leaving the insulin behind, isn't there protocols for dealing with this type of mistake? They keep a phone # and a deposit if I damage their building but they can't contact us about life saving medication? What happens if my wife has a reaction to not having the insulin?

I stayed at your Key west location Jefferson Blvd June 17- June 19, our linen were never changed. When my wife complained she was told that her credit card would be credited for $100. As the time of this writing we have not heard from anyone, nor was our account credited.

We are staying at BW in Aberdeen Pinehust NC..customer service was great but we found a roach in our bathroom tub and heard another guest complaining about roaches in their bathroom...they are moving is to another room but that tells us they have a roach problem and aren't doing anything about it...I want some kind of refund

On May 23, 2016 we were traveling back from Mooresville NC on I85. All of a sudden our truck engine started acting up. We pulled off in Powdersville SC. We took the truck to the nearest mechanic. He told us that it was going to the next day before he could get to it. This was around 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon. The mechanic drove us to the hotel of our choice which was Best Western. The first night we received a discount and Barbara was the one who checked us in. She was very cordial and apathetic of our circumstance. I don't like elevators, so she gave us a room on the ground floor. The next day we checked out thinking that our truck would be done. We waited all day at The Best Western and Cracker Barrell. We did not know until around 4:30 pm that we were not leaving. Barbara kept the room reserved for us. When we checked in we received the same room plus the managers special. Sheri and Kim were also wonderful. We received great customer service. Sandra helped me with my waffle the first morning we were there. I would recommend this Best Western to everyone. We had a really GREAT experience. We spend a total of 3 days there at The Best Western. Thank you to all who had a hand in our comfort.

I call when an mafe rescission when we were driving to fl for 2 rooms
My brother in law got ther before us check in to there room then went eat diner when they got back went to room the bathroom was dirty tv did not work wi fi did not eork ask for different room said they could not so ask for refund did not give to them they call us we were about an hr out so i call talked to someone an said we were not going to check in an asked about my brother in laws room this person i talked to said he would check in to it an get back to me an was going to cancel my room

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

i am in the Best Western Hotel in Gotheburg, Sweden.
I am staying here for 3 days because of my volvo visit. The room rate is 180 euro per night.
The hotel is under construction and noisy!
The room equipment is 30-40 years old i guess!
I am here for business, but in the room is no adequate desk for working, only bistro tables!
And this for 180 euro per night.
I am travelling now 20 years arround the world. I don't need high standard, but when the price is high, the standard should also be.
I will never choose Best western everywhere!

I was two times here, the first and the last time.

I was a guest at your hotel from Aug 7th through August 19th. I was in between homes so that's why I was there so long. I enjoyed my stay except for one thing. On August 16th and Aug 17th, we were unable to get hot water. We were promised hot water on the 17th, but it never came on. Having to work and be clean, this made it hard. We weren't even offered the chance to use another empty rooms shower. I believe we should get some type of discount for this inconvenience. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.
